Hello,
October is here.
Halloween is this month.
Some people enjoy dressing up in costumes.
When I was growing up
in New York lots of people
wore costumes but they considered their
garb
I saw plenty of cartoon characters
that didn't get their
stuff at the costume shop.

"Even if something is left
undone,
everyone must take time to sit still
and watch the leaves
turn."

and a bright future.
Having fun is important and getting out to do things
with people whose company you really enjoy is great.
To that end I am providing a link to the
October 2009
edition of my DC Metro Event Calendar, which includes
live music, theater, family friendly activities and more.
You can download the calendar by clicking on the
link below. All the red highlighted items are clickable
and lead to full details of the various events.
Recommended Music:
There is a really great concert on
Tuesday October 6th
at The Merriweather Post Pavilion in
Columbia.
None other than The Allman
Brothers Band.
The band's mix of blues, country, jazz, and even
classical influences, and their powerful, extended
on-stage jamming will
make for a fun evening
Don't miss your chance to see and
hear the band live
right here in the
DC area.
Do you have favorite venues, performers and activities
of your own that you would be willing to share with me?
If you do, please click reply and share your thoughts with me.
Let's make it a point to get together
sometime soon and
have some fun together.
Peace,![]()
