We had a very positive experience with Lauren. As we were from out of town and had a limited time in D.C., her willingness to accommodate our schedule was very helpful. The first offer that we made came back with a terrible inspection report, and we felt no pressure from Lauren to move forward, but rather felt very supported in our decision to walk away from the property. The second time around we dealt with a very frustrating and passive aggressive seller, and she helped us plod along through the process until we finally were successful in getting the property. She is easy to reach, responsive to questions, knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate, and definitely "on the client's side" throughout any transaction. Plus her upbeat mood helps one tolerate any snags. Definitely would recommend Lauren to any prospective buyer or seller.

I had an exceptionally
positive experience when I purchased
my townhouse with Lauren Kline. She showed me about a dozen
suitable townhomes, based on my criteria, and we quickly settled on my
preference of the group. At that point, things went quickly and smoothly.

We had a wonderful
experience buying our home in Bethesda with Lauren
Kline. We worked with Lauren for two years planning our
move from New York to Bethesda. Surprisingly, we only saw two homes
in that time and ended up buying the second. That being said, Lauren kept
us up to the MINUTE on the market with listing update emails. The moment a new
home came online, I got an email. In fact, she tailored a search/email update
for all new listings withing a .5 mile radius of the intersection we had zeroed
in on. Lauren always made herself available via email and
phone, answering a number of questions over the years about properties we were
interested in - even on her own time. On weekends and evenings, Lauren always
got back to us within hours regarding our questions. Lauren also
has a great website. Easy to navigate and do specific searches. Easier than
almost every other website I had been looking at. Like Redfin, but personalized
with every listing available. Further, Lauren knows the market
and can give you a read on the value/price of a property with remarkable
accuracy. In fact, her exact recommended offer is what ultimately got us the
house we had been looking for for so long. We chose to go in a little lower,
and ended up right at her number - completely comfortable with what we were
paying. She negotiated professionally - aggressive but not pushy - and managed
everyone's expectations carefully while keeping our best interests the priority.
